Learn-to-skate’s are one time classes designed for beginners who have never skated before. An instructor will lead the class through 30 minutes on skate fitting, safety and basic movement on the ice. Skaters will then have the opportunity to try out their new skills for another 2 hours. The instructor will be available for coaching during the first 30 minutes of the open skate.

Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 10:00am – This Learn-to-skate is targeted at Toddlers and Youth, but adults are welcome to join. This is an excellent opportunity for parents to determine whether or not the Lesson Program is suitable for their child.

Sunday, December 10, 2006 at 9:00am – This Learn-to-skate is targeted at Adults, but children 7 and over are welcome to join.

Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 6:30pm – This Learn-to-skate is targeted at Adults, but children 7 and over are welcome to join.

Monday, January 15, 2007 at 11:00am - – This Learn-to-skate is targeted at Toddlers and Youth, but adults are welcome to join. This is an excellent opportunity for parents to determine whether or not the Lesson Program is suitable for their child.

The cost is $15 for Youths and Adults, $12 for Toddlers. This covers skate rental, instruction and 2 hours of ice time.

Private Groups may schedule Learn-To-Skate events subject to the availability of the instructor.
